L2M Coach Training Program

L2M’s all-inclusive, fully accredited Coach Training Program develops successful coaches through our proven coach training process. Focused on helping you establish and grow your coaching practice, our program is based on the scientific application of energy, consciousness, and our Founder’s decades of experience in the field. In addition, we’ve built upon the best of other paradigms, such as consulting, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), mentoring, quantum physics, metaphysics, adult and accelerated learning theories, emotional intelligence, and leadership development. iPEC’s proprietary methods, such as the L2M’s Core Coaching process which is an example of effective tools our graduates use to become highly successful coaches, in whatever coaching niche they choose. Ultimately, our graduates not only learn how to coach, but become coaches who build successful coaching businesses.

MMG Education Professionals Program

Designed to help educational leaders create cultures of engagement, our transformational MMG Education Professionals Program is designed to foster ever-increasing levels of student and staff achievement through the use of advanced coaching and leadership techniques, based on the unique principles and skills encompassed in L2M’s Core Coaching process. Upon completing the program, participants acquire coach-specific leadership training, learning advanced coaching skills, and will be prepared to apply those skills in their districts and school systems after practicing them in education-based scenarios. Our program participants include educators from various leadership positions, such as Superintendents and Central Office Professionals to Principals and Vice Principals.
